One of the most popular AOR groups on the globe. This American band released his self-titled debut album in 1975. Aforesaid song comes from the movie „Two of a Kind“ (1983).

02. Push UK - Miracle of Love

A British AOR band with the American David Saylor as the lead singer and frontman. They released their debut CD „Strange World“ 23 years after its recording!

03. St. Peterburg II - Russkaya zvezda

An AOR group founded by Vladimir Trushin in 1988 in the former Soviet Union. This catchy and vivid song comes from their second album „Ocharovana, Okoldovana“ (1996).

04. Konkurent - Day mi vreme

This is the best AOR band from Bulgaria founded in 1986. Konkurent have been always led by the singer Emil Anchev. Aforementioned track, „Give Me Time“, comes from the album „Nesho Vlazhno“ (1995). It was also released with English lyrics under the title „Something Wet“ and that album was the best-selling rock release in Bulgaria in the year 1996!

05. Sangre Azul - Mil y una noches

A Spanish band being considered the best AOR group from the Iberian Peninsula and one of the greatest among the Latin-American countries. This song comes from their second album „Cuerpo A Cuerpo“ (1988). The title of the track means „Arabian Nights“ or, literally, „1001 Nights“.

06. Asha - Enamorado

This Mexican band surfaced on the movement called „Rock En Tu Idioma“ in the mid-80s. Its main goal was to promote rock music, especially by Mexican, Spanish and Argentinian bands. Members of Asha come from two cities - El Paso (Texas, USA) and Ciudad Juarez (Chihuahua, Mexico). Both cities are located nearby the American-Mexican border. Asha played gigs with such acts like Moderato, Miranda, Rata Blanca, Julieta Vanegas and others. „Enemorado“ is a cover of Eddie Money’s „I think I am in Love“. Asha’s version comes from the album „Todo Por El Rock“ (1986 RCA/Ariola). It was recorded in Los Angeles, and mixed in Spain. The album’s title means „All for Rock“. It was recorded by six musicians: Gino Silver (vocal), Andres Rivas and Fernando Latorre (guitars), Antonio Canales (bass guitar), Octavio Holguin (drums) and Javier Lozada (keyboards). The latter one was replaced by Jesus Zubia. Asha are now working on a new material.

07. Jackie Chan - Flight of the Dragon

Jackie Chan is an actor and singer from Hong Kong who has over 10 albums in his discography. This song comes from the movie „Armour of God“ (1986). It was performed in English as well as in a Cantonese dialect of Chinese language.

08. Wands - Sekai Ga Owaru Made Wa

This Japanese band recorded an amazing AOR ballad for the anime movie „Slam Dunk“ (1993). The title of the song means „Until the World Comes to the End“.

09. Syndia - Cenniejsze płótno od ram

This was the best AOR group from Poland. They released only one album on CD titled „Syndia“ (1992 Polskie Nagrania). The title of the song means "Canvas is more precious than the frame". Their music is often compared to Scandi-AOR bands due to distinctive keyboard parts.
